Return & Exchange Policy

• All returns & exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us and in brand new resalable condition.
• Returns/exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
• Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

The following items are non-refundable:

• Returns/Exchanges received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
• Returns/Exchanges received in damaged condition (so please make sure to pack the item securely and well padded).
• Returns/Exchanges that have visible wear & tear and cannot be restocked.
• Items that have been discontinued and are no longer offered on KeepYourPantsOn.com.

* Returns received more than 30 days after the original order shipment date qualify for store credit only and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
 

How to make a Return or Exchange?

We make returns and exchanges easy! First read our Returns and Exchanges Policy above to see if your item is eligible for return or exchange, then following these easy steps:

Did you read our Returns & Exchanges Policy to make sure your item qualifies? Good!

Please make sure your package includes-

1. A note that has your name, shipping address, phone number and email address for easy communication.

2. The original order number or invoice number and date of purchase (if you have it).

3. Describe the item you'd like to receive- Including SKU number (located in the specs tab on the product description page).

4. It would be helpful to indicate an alternative selection as well (in case the item requested is out of stock)
